What is the procedure of getting aligners?
- On your first visit, we will register your bite, take X-rays and photographs for forming treatment plan. A digital 3-D scan will be recorded.
- The impressions will be scanned by the lab where they formulate plan for how aligners will move the teeth and final result will be produced digitally.
- In the next visit we will show you the final result digitally if you approve it, we will start with the treatment
After Care Of The Aligners:
- Aligners should be removed while eating food.
- Keep them away from hot foods, hot water as it is made of thermoplastic material and heat can distort its shape.
- Remove aligners while brushing, flossing.
- Brush your aligners the same way you brush your teeth.
- Once you are satisfied with the results you need not wear aligners but retainers are must for everyone, as it keeps the teeth in shape and prevent relapse.
